The gym includes modern equipment. I saw how clean it was. There are great views during workout sessions. The staff were all wonderful, especially at the bar. Our room was very clean. I appreciated lovely housekeeping.
The room feel outdated. It was done in wood. It was like a tree house. The breakfast choice were limited. You must love bread, jam, toast, eggs or fruit. Otherwise you will struggle. Cleaners do as little as possible on the pool area, in my opinion.

The hotel offered daily pool towels, beach mats, beach bags, umbrellas, and water. Staff members were SUPER friendly and took a genuine interest in guests. They offered advice and conversation when they could speak English. Hearing the waves from the room each morning and seeing the beach from nearly EVERY room was lovely!
I felt more wardrobe space could improve the room. My daughter had to keep her clothes in her suitcase.

The staff greeted us with smiles EACH day and provided attentive care in every interaction. Requests were handled promptly. Every member showed a genuine desire to help and were polite. They remember your orders.

The hotel offers a secluded getaway. Lush green surroundings give you relaxing time. Shuttles ran into town, though only at set times in the afternoon and evening. The beach view is amazing.

Multiple pools and lounge spaces provide ample room to relax. The resort offers activities such as yoga, Thai Chi, and Muay Thai. I appreciated a lot of pool and lounge space to chill out. Bars opened early.

The rooms were cleaned EVERY day with a smile from the staff. Air conditioning worked really well and maintained a comfortable temperature. The bed was comfortable. I loved the balcony to relax on.

Breakfast had good options to choose from! We booked private dining, and it was amazing. They offer nice breakfast and special meals, and the staff there are especially lovely. Food was delicious!!

the swimming pool was very nice. i had a room with pool access. the lobby was lovely and the staff were friendly. the breakfast was good.
We stayed at the hotel for eight days in july 2024. the facilities were great. A range of activities were available each day. the menu was good, though after eight days it became jaded as i had tried everything on the menu.
