polite staffbeautiful viewlovely cake
i found the staff polite and helpful. the sea view room they upgraded me to had beautiful views. i received complimentary dessert after dinner too. a special cake presentation for our anniversary was lovely. sunil qais and swapi dhumi of aehk deserve recognition.

The hotel features a lux pool that includes a shaded section. It had twenty loungers. a gym is also available. It features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the beach is conveniently situated two hundred meters from the resort.

The hotel offers great beach access. the view from the room was indeed good. i visited the local village. Its name is aksa. it was good.

the premium sea view balcony room featured two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. the room cleanliness was good, and everything inside was reasonably clean. the room also offers a nice balcony.

The staff was AMAZING and always willing to help. Sanjeev, the hotel restaurant manager, was so accommodating. Probir, the bar man, was also very helpful. I appreciated their excellent service.
The outside area HAD bird droppings. They were not cleaned up around the pool area. One lady at reception was rude! I booked a room for one person and there was only one double bed.

i found the breakfast buffet very good the chef anand and manager husaain paid personal attention to the guests. the hotel is senior citizen friendly with wheelchair assistance. the food was not spicy and the rooms were clean.
the road to the hotel was quite bad i worried my car would break down. the staff did not fix the broken shower curtain despite promising to do so the next day. i had to call multiple times for plates cutlery ice towels and toilet paper.

slow servicetired hotel
The restaurant service was slow (i seemed like i was waiting an eternity). getting a simple glass of milk took forever. I had to ask three different people and wait fifteen minutes. also, this place is showing its age. It looks a bit tired. getting to tourist spots is a nightmare from here.
