Mixed experience. Issues need addressing
poor room cleanliness finger marks
the electronic panel in the room let me control the lights and ac.
The room was not properly cleaned. I saw finger marks on the glass, stains on the table, and crumbs on the floor.

The staff was helpful with all my needs. Housekeeping kept my room super clean . I found the fitness center had modern equipment. The location offered convenient access to local attractions.

The housekeeping team ensured my room was super clean and well-organized each day. Staff greeted me warmly and proactively offered assistance. I really appreciated the dedication from the team.

The breakfast choices were EXCELLENT.
The music from the street kept me up. The noise went on until midnight since the windows are NOT soundproof (i should have paid attention to the bad reviews!).

fantastic service clean room great food
I booked a Beautiful SUITE sea view for my stay. The housekeeping service was fantastic. Devendra kept my room VERY clean. The food in the restaurant surprised me. It tasted great. The staff ALL around were friendly and accommodating.
