great central stay

helpful staff central location comfortable beds

i found the staff really cute and helpful especially josh he assisted with valet and provided recommendations. the location was central it was easy to walk to many spots. the beds were comfortable i slept well and i felt secure at night.

the shower lacked pressure it was a slight inconvenience but not a major issue.

loud music unbearable noise

The location was acceptable. It was close to everything i wanted to see.

The noise was unbearable. Loud music blasted from the bar downstairs until 2 am. it made it impossible to sleep, even with earplugs! i asked for a quiet room and got the opposite. It was like the dj was playing in my room. the whole experience was infuriating!

a romantic getaway near the ocean

I found our premier king room beautifully presented, a perfect space for our short escape. the hotel provided convenient access to nearby attractions, a real advantage. the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. They enhanced our visit. i enjoyed having a superb serbian restaurant connected to the hotel. The food was delicious.

The elevator felt a bit slow. It could use a small upgrade to match the rest of the hotel.

the food at the bar was quite lovely. the location is excellent because its close to the beach. the staff was very helpful. i found lovely food and service at the bar.

i think they forgot to clean my room one day and i did not receive fresh towels then.

helpful staff luggage scale limited counter missing amenities

The staff were great. They greeted us by name. they answered our questions and made suggestions on where to go. they even had a scale to weigh our luggage, so we had no airport hiccups.

the bathroom lacked counter space for toiletries. there were no extra blankets or towels in the room, and the small details made a difference. there was no ironing board or coffee maker.
