Solid stay near the beach
friendly staff clean room
The staff was very friendly. They were helpful and prompt, answering all our questions. The room was clean. I found the location great. It was near restaurants and activities.
The elevator IS VERY small. We sometimes had to wait longer to get to our floor, especially during busy times.

helpful front desk convenient luggage assistance worthy city tour small lift barely warm food small inside space
henry at the front desk was very helpful. kevon assisted with my luggage both before and after check-in, and i found this convenient. the hotel suggested a city tour, and it was totally worth it. i enjoyed the tour of little havana.
the lift was small. it developed a queue at times. the buffet breakfast was a let down because the food was barely warm. the inside space is small, so it was hard to find a table.
