The staff was very friendly. They were helpful and prompt, answering all our questions. The room was clean. I found the location great. It was near restaurants and activities.
We sometimes had to wait longer to get to our floor, especially during busy times.

henry at the front desk was very helpful. kevon assisted with my luggage both before and after check-in, and i found this convenient. the hotel suggested a city tour, and it was totally worth it. i enjoyed the tour of little havana.
it developed a queue at times. the buffet breakfast was a let down because the food was barely warm. the inside space is small, so it was hard to find a table.
