The service was excellent from the start. the bellman greeted me warmly and escorted me to the front desk. the assigned classic king room offered nice views. i liked the signature coconut drink served fresh. It offered a true taste of hospitality.

the shower water took 10 minutes to warm up. the vinyl flooring had damage, unfortunate. street and hallway noise was quite loud.

The poolside area was really nice. hammocks provided a relaxing space and access to the beach was DIRECT through a back gate. This saved time. I had a COFFEE maker in the room. The room size suited my needs perfectly for a short trip.

the elevator made some noise, it could be a concern for some guests.

i found the staff friendly and helpful . the location is ideal, offering direct beach access and proximity to local attractions. i appreciated the included vouchers for beach chairs and umbrellas. the hotel also provided convenient luggage storage before check-in and after check-out , a great help.

the room i stayed in showed some signs of wear , particularly some damaged vinyl flooring.
