great time in a central location
attentive staff heated pool beach access
i had a really good stay the staff were attentive especially veronica jeff and dumes the heated pool was a plus too it meant i could swim even when it was a bit cooler. it was so easy to get to the beach because the hotel provides beach towels and chairs. i also really appreciated being within walking distance of everything
the rooms looked a little different from the website i only had one desk chair so it was hard to sit anywhere besides the bed

although the hotel says it has three restaurants all meals are prepared in a single kitchen which has different tablecloths and menus the food quality seemed consistent across all options i tried .

the hotel's location is very central near the beach and many restaurants bars and cafes were just a short walk i found it easy to explore the area without needing to rely on ubers or taxis.

my room was always kept clean and everything worked as expected , made my stay comfortable i had a balcony too so i could relax outside it added to the enjoyment of my stay.

the hotel provides beach chairs and towels which is a nice touch it made beach visits more convenient and enjoyable i also noticed bikes are available for borrowing and exploring the surrounding areas.

Excellent Stay
convenient access heated pool great balcony
The room had a balcony that was great. I used beach towels and chairs provided by the hotel for convenient beach access. The heated pool was also a plus. It was easy to walk to many locations from this hotel.
Housekeeping did not replace the soap in the shower during my three-night stay. I had my own soap, but this is not expected at a four-star hotel. The room was also quite noisy, as the windows did not provide adequate sound insulation.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful in every situation. Jeff and Pino stood out for their really good service. I received assistance with all my needs. They even booked restaurant reservations.

There are two restaurants right on the ground floor of the hotel. The Italian restaurant offers really good meals. The pool area is great with good lounge chairs and towels are readily available.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are large. I had complimentary water bottles and coffee pods in my room every day, a nice touch.

The hotel sits right on Ocean Drive. This location provided easy access to many terraces. I was close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. Villa de Versace is just a short walk away.

uneven stay with cleanliness issues
stained rug grimy windows
The room felt smaller than expected and wasn't as clean as i hoped. the rug had some noticeable stains, and a couple of the towels also showed stains. the windows were really grimy. I could hardly see out to the street or the beach. i paid for an upgrade that ultimately required me to move rooms late at night it was a mess.
