dreamy getaway
sweet champagne perfect location stylish vibe cute library
the front desk welcomed us with champagne! it was so sweet. the location is perfect, very close to the beach, and the hotel has a very stylish vibe. i also spent time in the cute library, and had a good workout in the gym. the common areas are designed very well.
I noticed some dust under the bench in the room. I think they could improve the dusting schedule. space was also limited.

the front desk staff offered a hospitable welcome with a complimentary champagne upon arrival. the employees addressed all our needs in a kind and timely fashion. the experience was very personal and considerate.

decent stay, some drawbacks
great location friendly staff photo spots gas smell incidental charge absent desk
i found the location quite convenient. it was near many restaurants. the staff were friendly and greeted me with a refreshing beverage upon arrival. there are also plenty of places to take pictures throughout the hotel.
the smell of gas near the lobby door was quite strong. i was not made aware of the $100 per night incidental charge in advance. my room did not include a desk or workspace, a problem when needing to use a laptop.

perfect location beautiful design responsive staff small room high price loud music
The location was perfect. the interior design made me so happy. It was beautiful!!! the front desk staff were nice. they were responsive to any requests i had.
the standard rooms are small. i think they are too tiny for the price. i found the pool to be a bit of a letdown. it seems preference goes to outsiders who pay for pool parties and that is geared toward younger crowds with loud music.

helpful staff cabin style hotel amenities
The front desk staff was helpful. Jose greeted us, and check-in went smoothly. He explained the hotel amenities. He was available . I started my day resting in cabin style rooms. I also chilled in the library. I worked out in the gym.
The hotel is a little difficult if you want complete quiet because of the pool area.

The hotel location is near the beach. It is steps away from many spots. I found the area safe. I also saw restaurants and convenience stores close by.

I enjoyed the pool. The hotel also has a library. I liked that there was a gym. It included modern equipment. I used the fitness facilities often.

underwhelming stay, some issues noted
small room overpowering scent
The room was quite small. Opening my suitcase was difficult. the bathroom was also cramped. It made maneuvering a challenge. i found the lack of space frustrating. also, the common areas had this overpowering sweet scent. It became quite nauseating after a while
