poor service unwanted move

The hotel location met expectations. It's right on the beachfront.

The customer service was disappointing. i was told upon arrival that my booked room wasn't available, and i had to move after just two of my five days. they offered an upgrade for the first two days, but i preferred my original room. Moving was difficult with a child.

the beach access was convenient and pleasant.

breakfast was a major problem. the hot plates were often empty, and there were not enough tables. i tried to speak to someone about it, but there were not enough staff available, so i just gave up on breakfast.

fantastic beach resort stay

breakfast buffet private beach ocean view

i really liked this resort! the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious with many choices. the private beach was clean and not too crowded. the room was a beautiful double room and had a great view of the ocean.

The air conditioning unit made noise at night. It was hard to sleep well because of that continuous noise.

the hotel is right on the beach and it is beautiful! there are restaurants close by, a short five minute walk, as well as shops that are convenient for all the little things you might need. the beach is good for long walks.

the room was big and nice i thought it was good.

the noise coming from the unit outside was loud and unacceptable it made it hard to relax. the staff switched it off but did not sort it.
