I enjoyed direct beach access from the hotel premises. Multiple pools offered alternatives to the ocean. The breakfast buffet provided great choice. Staff were very attentive to guest requests.

I enjoyed the room. My Beautiful Garden Balcony provided a lovely private retreat. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! There were many options, including fresh fruit and hot dishes. The hotel's proximity to the beach was also a major plus. I enjoyed taking daily walks along the shore.

The gym equipment is a little outdated.

i really loved the pool. the water was so clean and the area was so relaxing. the breakfast also was really good, there was a large variety of options.

our room it weren't the best. it had some issues with the air conditioning, it was a bit loud, YIKES. the beach chairs, some was a bit old and worn out.

i felt a bit let down by the gym. it had rusty equipment and some machines were out of service. the entertainment was also pretty sad. the singer only played depressing songs, and it was not what i expected.

excellent stay

friendly staff clean room

the staff are friendly and very helpful. our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. the beach is very nice, with ample sun beds available. there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

the shower had mold, so i used flip-flops. the balconies looked rusty.

the breakfast offers a good selection with both thai and english options available. the staff are smiling and always ready to help. they keep topping up the food as soon as it gets low.

the staff were always very accommodating and provided great service. every request we made was handled with a smile. the cleaning staff maintained a very high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay.

rusty equipment unfriendly attitude

the gym WAS inadequate. the equipment was rusty and much of it was out of order. evening entertainment lacked variety. the restaurant manager displayed an unfriendly attitude i found off-putting. these issues detracted from the experience

i stayed three nights. the thai breakfast was diverse and changed every day. the staff were very friendly. many restaurants and supermarkets were nearby. i found the beach beautiful and clean.

the pillows were a little hard.
