the food left somethING to be desired. the couscous was dry, and the ojja merguez didn't taste like ojja at ALL. restaurant prices seemed REALLY high for the quality you get. it makes you wonder if it rates as a 5-star hotel.

the breakfast offered a wide array of fresh choices. the staff demonstrated really good politeness. the facilities were modern and maintained to a high standard.

the smell of garbage was noticeable near the hotel. the restaurant prices seemed high relative to the food quality. the air conditioning did not work properly one night, I had to call for it to be fixed.

i was so impressed with the overall design. the cleanliness and the fresh atmosphere within the rooms were a highlight for me. the staff was attentive and helpful. i will cherish my time at this hotel.

i found a slight delay when requesting additional water bottles one evening.
