i discovered excellent variety and quality in the food daily. staff members were friendly, attentive, and professional, really. the animation team had such positive energy with their fun activities i liked. i am grateful to have had everything just right from when i arrived till i left.
i noted that the gym could use a few updates, it felt a tiny bit dated, .

The staff were SO friendly and helpful . It. The beach offered clean, white sand and clear, blue-green water, GREAT for swimming. My room was spacious with a sitting area, offering HIGH water pressure in the shower. The main meals provided a large variety of choices, so there was something for EVERYONE!!!
I thought the cocktails lacked effort in presentation. This was a VERY minor issue though.

The staff demonstrated kindness and professionalism throughout the hotel. The reception desk staff was VERY helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were also attentive, hard-working, and always upbeat during meals.

i stayed at this place for a few nights. the beach was very clean. fresh towels was provided daily. the pool area was also clean.
the tv wasn't a smart tv. it had only the hotels advertisement. there was no apps and no screencast. also, i find some of the decor need update.

i arrived and found lovely reception staff, they were efficient. my bungalow faced the beach with two terraces. one terrace faced the bed with a beachfront outlook. the other faced an outdoor pool. the bungalow also had a large sofa bed area and a single bed.

the beach was clean , and the maintenance teams seemed to care for it.
i was annoyed by the tv in the bungalow , it was advertised as a smart tv , but it defaulted to the hotel's advertisement. there were no apps and no screencast. this made it hard to entertain myself in the evenings.
