I appreciated the cleanliness of my double room. The housekeeping service kept everything tidy. The room also included a large television with several international channels!!!
The gym equipment looked a little dated. Some machines showed signs of wear.

Amazing Staff and Service

The reception personnel, Olfa, Taieb, and Cyrine, provided really good service. They remained cute and efficient throughout my visit. The housekeeping staff, particularly Sihem, kept our room impeccably clean daily. Chef Sami prepared delicious food with high quality ingredients in the restaurant.
The hotel's public facilities and outdoor areas looked very unclean. Some doors did not close properly. Sometimes there was no light in the toilets in the morning, which caused inconvenience.

The food was acceptable.
The reception staff were UNPROFESSIONAL. I found them dismissive when I raised issues. The shower had a horrible shower curtain with mould. The toilet was not secured to the floor and moved.
