The staff provided very nice service. They were always available and asked about my needs. The restaurant manager and chef were amazing. They ensured i had gluten-free food every day. The room had gorgeous sea view. The pool bar staff including ahmed and hamza were great and provided really good service.

The staff were cute. I received a discount for a tour booked through aymen at reception. the hotel cleaning staff worked constantly and were friendly if anything extra was needed from their cart. wifi signal strength was full everywhere, even on the beach. the powder-like sand beach featured clear water and had few sellers present.
Garden view rooms have little privacy since gardeners are often working outside. I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time. sometimes a cleaner would appear to pick the flowers outside, for decorating the bed for people that tip them.

The restaurant provided a large variety of choices. I found the waiters to be both hard-working and lovely. security staff were always pleasant, and i found them happy to help. all staff were eager to assist.

The hotel has direct beach access located not far from medina. the beach is private. security kept watch all day. I felt safe. the garden with flowers is lovely. pools were great for families with kids

the room was spacious and clean. wifi was full strength in the room. the bathroom was a little dated. the room included a safe, but use of the safe required an additional charge and a physical key was handed over.
