the pool area was very clean. it offered underground access to the public beach. the indoor pool was spacious and well maintained, helping me avoid sunburn. the spa treatments left me refreshed, and the separate restroom and bathroom in my room were a plus.

The hotel featured both outdoor and indoor pools. I noticed the outdoor pool had shaded sections. the spa offered a variety of treatments, i saw a sauna was available. a fitness center was present, it included cardio equipment.

staff at the front desk were helpful and efficient. the restaurant manager, habib, was attentive to guests needs. i found housekeepers were thorough, they maintained a high standard of cleanliness daily. the entertainment team was engaging, always organized various activities.

my room had a king size bed, it offered a sea view from the balcony. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. amenities included a hairdryer and iron, i used them for my clothes. a mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary water.

breakfast had fresh orange juice available daily. the buffet offered local dishes and i found them quite varied. the desserts were a highlight, they tasted rich and decadent. a live band played at night, it created a nice atmosphere.

The hotel offered easy access to the beach. taxis were readily available outside the hotel. They provided quick transport. the medina was a short taxi ride away. The trip takes about 15 minutes. the area felt safe and secure.

the pool area had a clean and beautiful pool access to a public beach was available through a secure underground pass. an indoor pool was big and clean i used it to avoid sunburn. the restroom and bathroom were separate in my room. breakfast offered live music in the restaurant during the evenings.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in while my room was prepared, requiring about an hour and a half of waiting

the hotel boasts well equipped bars and pools providing comfort. the food selections were varied and delicious. i particularly enjoyed the back massage i received. the beach impressed me with its cleanliness and clear water i found it enjoyable. the staff's dedication elevated my stay. zahiere fathi and wafa all stood out for their really good service
i noticed some minor wear on the gym equipment which was a slight inconvenience

inconsistent experience, needs improvement
limited choiceroom temperature
the room WAS stuffy because THE air conditioning didn't work well. street noise kept me awake at night SINCE there were nightclubs nearby. the food selection were limited, and flies were EVERYWHERE. this place fell short of expectations.
