I found bottled water readily available throughout the resort and in my room always! guest relations member asra made my sister's birthday special with cake and wine. housekeepers were sweet and helpful. They smiled constantly. bahá, khalil, and vidad often checked on me. the turkish hammam was very comfortable.

The resort always had bottled water available in the room and around the hotel. guest relations were very friendly and made my sister's birthday special with cake and wine. the bartenders were attentive and friendly. The resort also featured direct beach access which allowed for pleasant walks to the marina.
i noticed a lack of pastries at breakfast and sparkling wine options at the bars.

I loved how bottled water was always available! It was stocked around the resort and in my room too. The guest relations team worked really hard to. Our housekeeper was very sweet. She was helpful and always smiling. Bartenders and waiters were so great!
I noticed some pastries could improve at the buffet breakfast.
