superb hotel experience!
friendly staff easy ordering
the staff was friendly and helpful. They greeted me every morning! the app for ordering drinks to the sunbeds was also a plus. It made relaxing by the pool even better.
I found that the main buffet looked more like a canteen, it felt very underwhelming. the layout and food offerings didn't quite meet my expectations for a five-star resort. There could be improvements in variety and presentation.

The hotel is near a beach with clear water. it is possible to see other islands and turkey from the pool area. This offered a beautiful view. the grounds are fabulous. They catch the eye.

Good Stay Experience
maintained grounds attentive staff convenient minibar efficient app
The hotel grounds are meticulously maintained and very appealing. Staff at the bars and restaurants were attentive to my needs. My mini bar was restocked daily, a convenient perk of all inclusive. The app for ordering drinks poolside worked efficiently and quickly.
I did notice some very slight wear and tear on some of the facilities, which could use some attention.

The Double Room Sea View had comfortable beds and offered ample space for relaxation. A well stocked mini bar was available with complimentary soft drinks. The room included a balcony, it offered a fantastic view of the sea.

The hotel had large pool areas with many sun loungers provided . A spa offered various treatments, including a Kretan massage. The gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes ensuring enough equipment.

appealing resort well-kept grounds unresolved infestation ant problem
The resort grounds were well-kept and visually appealing.
I found an ant infestation in my room. Staff provided spray, but the problem quickly returned. It did not resolve the ant problem .
