poor attitude sleepless nights

the air conditioning System was basically non existent. i complained 3x because the room was so hot, we couldn't sleep. someone came to 'fix' it, but it didn't do anything. we were told to just 'open the door' at night, so the noise from outside also kept us awake. the staff's attitude was poor, and they offered nothing to compensate for the continuous sleepless nights.

this was seriously an amazing hotel! the staff were really helpful and super kind. i even got a room upgrade to a suite room! everything was great. thanks for everything!

comfy room super view good staff loud carts boring entertainment steep prices

my room was nice and comfy. it was super view from my room. reception staff were very good and helpful.

the carts that the cleaning ladies pushed across the tile floors every morning were so loud, it woke me up early every day. i found it very boring because the hotel had only a few guests and no entertainment. the prices are steep, like in-flight snacks and drinks.

The breakfast buffet offered an very nice selection. The spread included fresh fruit, local cheeses, and made-to-order omelets. The tennis court was available for use. It had rackets and balls provided, I had a great match there.

The gym has limited equipment. I would have appreciated more variety.

I found the staff helpful. The pool area offers nice spots. The views overlooking the coastline were amazing. I appreciated the taxi availability, with rides to the seafront costing less than £4.00.

I noticed some wear in rooms, specifically facilities, i think some updating could be beneficial.
