The location was great it was very close to the beach and promenade. The dining room was lovely. Staff members were friendly and courteous. I found the hotel nice and neat.
I found no attractions for families with kids so I would not recommend it to them.

The hotel offers very accessible premises and beach access so moving around was easy. The hotel had great entertainment each day and also featured fantastic evening shows. Various activities were run each day

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful I was able to receive assistance whenever needed. The staff were very professional and experienced. They were also polite and keen to assist guests in any way possible.

Breakfast had a nice variety therefore I found something to suit my tastes. The meals had good value for money with a lot of choice on offer. I liked the fruits that were available during breakfast hours.

The standard room was spacious I stayed in for one night. The bed was comfortable therefore I slept soundly. Housekeeping provided an amazing service that kept the room super clean

fresh fruitsimmaculate pool areanice variety
the breakfast offered a nice variety, something that suited everyone's taste. i liked the fresh fruits selection. the pool area was also immaculate (i spent a lot of time there).
the buffet was not great, it had too many odd dishes with lots of green and vinegar, and not enough variety of food.

the location was quite close to the beach and the promenade, acceptable.
The staff's handling of a visitor was disappointing. They treated my friend poorly, almost like a criminal. it was embarrassing to be confronted in front of other guests. it felt disrespectful considering the amount of money i was spending at the hotel.

location was great, it was very close to the beach. the staff were friendly and courteous to every guest. the dining room looked lovely.
the buffet was not very good. there was much green and vinegar and little variety of food. paella pasta was dry, the same at noon and at night. bacon at breakfast was a mess instead of slices.
