The staff were helpful and always available. I found the poolside very beautiful and relaxing. Security personnel were friendly, and I felt safe . The room cleaning service was superb and kept my space tidy.

I thought cleanliness was a priority and the staff were friendly! The food selection was good and the dinner animation added a nice touch. I spent time by the swimming pool. It was clean and I joined in on morning activities. The reception staff offered good service too.

The currency exchange inside made transactions easy I appreciated that. The outdoor pool had plenty of sun loungers and the private beach was close. The chef made food fresh at stations during meals and the hotel had services like massage and a shop. The staff ensured a smooth stay.

The room i had wasn't great. The bedding was never changed. there also weren't enough towels, it took some effort to get more. the toilet had an unpleasant smell, something i really didn't appreciate.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the outdoor pool was large and clean. there were plenty of places to sit around it. the rooms were simple but adequate.
the food was often cold. i stuck to safe choices. the walk to the private beach took longer than expected. it was about 5 to 10 minutes.

the pool was a joy. i always found a free sunbed. the breakfast buffet was very good. i especially liked the fresh fruit every morning.
the gym was a bit sad, really. some equipment was broken. weights started at 8 kg. the air conditioning make loud noise but no cool air comes out.
