the location had access to the beach.
the air conditioning did not work properly. basement parking spaces are too small and difficult to maneuver into when driving a suv. the arrogant reception staff was unhelpful and gave a bad impression.

the front desk staff were good. the hotel location is good, quiet, yet right next to the beach. i received a beautiful room upgrade for a reasonable price..
i thought there would have been more inclusions regarding complimentary drinks. the balcony was a very small space. the hot water pressure in the shower was very low..
