loud air conditioningextra blanket

i wasn't too happy about a couple of things. the air conditioning unit was really loud and seemed outdated (it made it hard to sleep). also, i couldn't find any extra blankets in the room, and it got pretty chilly at night. i was also expecting free access to all amenities, but i had to pay extra for the sauna and massage chair.

the room was clean. the resort has many activities for kids to do. the pool area is fantastic, i saw a kids playground and tennis court.

the underground car park and outside car parks were full. i was told to park offsite. the parking spot was in a dimly lit, unsecure location and it was raining

the apartment was spacious and well equipped. i also found the beds and bedding super comfy and clean.. the staff were very friendly and efficient. it was a nice walk into town, with access to local attractions.

i found that there were not enough car spaces for all guests. the underground car park was full, so i had to park offsite. this location was dimly lit.

our room offered great access to the pool. the bed proved very comfortable. the room presented as quite clean.

eating options onsite were more limited than i would have liked. the supermarket required a five-minute drive.

my room included two sinks and a rainfall shower. the towels are soft. they smelled fresh. they offer an amazing king bed, it adds a lot of comfort.
