excellent resort experience
calm environment multiple pools free beach bed attentive service
I enjoyed the beach with minimal jellyfish. the calm environment included four pools. there was no feeling of overcrowding, a free beach bed was always available. the breakfast offered european and asian options. Everyone found something. i appreciated the attentive service from the breakfast staff (they were very friendly!).

the hotel had direct access to a gorgeous beach. the beachside restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere. it was easy to walk to local shops and restaurants from the hotel (this was a big plus!).

the staff were very attentive and professional (i really appreciated their smiles!). they handled a check-in issue promptly and with care. the genuine concern for guest satisfaction was excellent. i'd return based on the great service alone.

wide selection multiple pools superb location musty smell high price slow service
the breakfast was EXCELLENT I really enjoyed the wide selection available. The hotel has multiple pools all accessible and clean. The location is superb it is very close to restaurants and shops.
my room had a slight musty smell it was noticeable upon entering. The drink prices at the beach bar felt excessive compared to nearby establishments. the service at the kokulo beach restaurant was slow especially during happy hour.
