Great stay with attentive staff
friendly staff breakfast variety
the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay they always greeted me with a smile the breakfast included a good variety of options all freshly prepared i found the room to be well maintained with daily towel changes and a comfortable bed. the sea views from the sun lounge were beautiful providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day.
i noticed the elevator occasionally had an unpleasant smell this was not consistent but it did occur a few times i hope they can address this issue to improve the experience.

the hotel features a spa offering saunas and a hamam for relaxation guests can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or access the private beach via steps from the hotel grounds.

the restaurant offers delicious meals with wonderful views one can find tasty dishes and the breakfast is varied with many choices the bistro offers a range of snacks and drinks throughout the day.

this hotel has a super location that is traffic-calmed and quiet a radweg is available and the hotel is close to the coast the neighborhood feels safe making it great for walking.

the staff members were helpful and kind they addressed all my concerns promptly and efficiently the reception staff were especially cute and always ready to assist with any queries.

a perfect getaway
larger room smooth check-in safe location
emre's kindness enhanced my stay, he ensured i felt welcome. the staff promptly addressed my request, they upgraded me to a larger room. check-in was quick, i appreciated the smooth, easy process. the location felt safe, i found it very pleasant to walk around.
the indoor pool is located in the restaurant, this made it a little awkward.

the hotel includes indoor and outdoor dining areas, offering choices for every preference. a private beach is available and boasts fine views along with great service. the spa offers peeling treatments with joanna, and i thought the massage was very good.

the hotel has a great location with many points of interest nearby. the neighborhood felt particularly safe, i enjoyed the feeling of security. views are lovely, especially from the beach club, where i could take keepsake photos of my holiday.

the staff members were kind, they were always helpful. emre and ponise at reception provided really good service, they tried to facilitate communication with english. the manager was friendly, he acknowledged guests and helped staff complete their tasks.

friendly staff amazing food unclean room minimal cleaning
The staff were friendly. The food was also amazing (especially the breakfast!).
The room was not clean. Bedding and room cleaning were minimal. I think this place needs a good refresh.
