the reception staff were helpful. i needed breakfast to go at 3 am and they prepared it with no hesitation! free tickets for sunbeds and umbrellas at the nearby beach were a good surprise. the taxi ride from the airport was short and convenient.

I noticed a slight smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the room. It wasn't overpowering, just a minor note.

The location offered easy access to the beach, a significant advantage. the staff was helpful. They provided free tickets for sunbeds. the hotel also has a pool, which i found useful for a quick swim.

my room had some issues. the balcony door did not close properly. the shower head was also broken and difficult to use. i also noticed many flies.

the location was fantastic! it was a short walk to buzz beach. free access to the beach was included, with sunbeds and an umbrella! i found many good restaurants and supermarkets very close by.

the hotel policy restricted bringing outside food and drinks. inside prices were significantly higher. it was a slight inconvenience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially thank the chefs who made the omelets. Their smiles and attentiveness made mornings cheerful, we loved that. cleanliness was also really good.

The hotel is a short walk to Buzz Beach, made beach days easy (I enjoyed the proximity). The staff were helpful and check-in was quick. I received free tickets for a sunbed, umbrella, and mattress at the beach, a great added value. The room had a balcony.

The room had slight noise issues due to thin walls.

The staff provided excellent service, especially at reception. The night administrator was kind and helpful (very important). They promptly addressed my requests and were always available to answer questions. Their hospitality enhanced my stay.
