I was not informed about breakfast timings or location upon arrival. there was no phone in the room. This meant i had to go to reception for every query. the room also lacked a hairdryer.

I appreciated the hotel's prime beachfront location. The restaurant and bar are right on the beach, I liked the live music in the evenings. The food and drink prices were reasonable. The staff were both polite and always ready to help (a true gem!).

personal service beautiful shower great entertainment
I loved the gate keeper remembering my name, it was really personal. The updated bathrooms with beautiful showers, and I enjoyed the entertainment offered. The two-bedroom suites also feature a kitchenette, and it was a great addition for making small meals!
I noticed the gym felt stuffy because it lacked proper ventilation and made it difficult to breathe during workouts.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, addressing all my needs promptly. Jodyann was wonderful and always available. The entire team worked hard, ensuring guests felt welcome and that every request was handled efficiently.

friendly staff well kept grounds beach access poor ventilation low water pressure no microwave
the resort had a good location for beach access. the staff was friendly and helpful . the grounds include nice gardens that was well maintained. i like that the hotel offer entertainment every night i was there.
the room did not have a microwave, so heating up leftovers was difficult. the gym dont have good ventilation so its hard to breath when exercising. the water pressure was low in the shower one day , made it hard to wash.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the grounds were well kept. i liked that the hotel has direct beach access (it made it very convenient).
the gym could use some updates, as the equipment seemed a bit dated.

the on-site restaurant had a wide selection of local dishes and international options. the portions were quite generous, and the service was prompt, particularly during lunch hours, though it did get busier during dinner. (i especially liked the jerk chicken!).
