a few issues

poor ventilation street sounds

the room i had was not ideal. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation and moisture was a problem. it caused an unpleasant smell in the room. i also found the noise at night disruptive. the street sounds were significant.

lovely days at rhodes

beach access helpful staff pizza food high standard

i finded the location great, near the beach, shops is so near. the gym give you equipment, polite staffs is there. the food have variety, specially pizzas is worth the try. the hotel keep a high standards for cleanliness, they are very observant.

the free airport transfer they tell is very helpful. i feel the interior be dated, the lifts not working the best. i wait for it to arrive, but decide walk stairs more often.

the staffs made great effort. they satisfy guests from different places, they have needs. stella is nice, she took so nice care of us. the service is warm.

the breakfast have everything, you may want it. maria and antonis were so nice, giving great service. there is girls that make omelettes, they do a good job. the buffet have good choice of food and drinks.

cramped pool area loud evening entertainment

the pool area was rather cramped. finding a sun lounger was difficult, especially since guests reserved them early. also the evening entertainment was quite loud. it continued until 11 pm. i also found the room lacked sufficient soundproofing from external noise.

Admirable stay

pizza chef friendly staff greek style

The food was excellent. The pizza chef prepared great pizzas every evening, and I appreciated the variety of Greek specialties offered daily. I found the staff particularly attentive, especially Antonis and Mavia at the buffet. The rooms had a charming Greek style. I especially liked the two bottles of water in the fridge AND the kettle with tea.

The pavement in front of the hotel was somewhat slippery, even with mats and warning signs present.

My room included air conditioning AND a well-equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. I found all these toiletries had a pleasant Greek olive-based style, it added a nice local touch.

Many staff members provided excellent service and demonstrated great customer focus. I noticed especially the cleaners who kept my room VERY clean every day, THEY were helpful and efficient.
