The apartment was clean and spacious. I found a nearby mall only a short walk away. Check-in was smooth. I appreciated the keyless system, with easy access to local restaurants.

The walls seemed thin and I could hear some noise from other guests.

The self check-in process WAS streamlined with a security pass code sent directly to me. I entered my suite easily. The location is convenient with local grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Customer service IS good. I found them helpful.

I noticed a very slight delay in response time when I requested assistance during off-peak hours.

The door lock was battery operated, and it failed one day. I could not leave the apartment. the electricity went out at 3 am, and no one responded to my call for service.

I appreciate the well equipped kitchen. It included a large fridge freezer. Communication was excellent through WhatsApp. The receptionist was wonderful. She was always ready to help. It was a pleasure to chat with her.

The room was a basement apartment and there was bad smell. There was no natural light. The toilet was faulty. I think basement apartments should not be considered .

The receptionist showed great attitude. She answered all questions. She helped with directions. This made settling in easier. The support through WhatsApp were quick. The staff were very supportive.
