poor curtains average breakfast

the staff was very helpful and polite. dinner WAS also good.

the room curtains did not cover the doors adequately. sand came from the sink and shower water. breakfast was average and lacked any really good qualities.

the location was great. it was easy to walk to land of legends. the staff i encountered were helpful. the room had a nice size.

the beds were not comfortable. our room's curtains were not good. they did not cover the full doors. breakfast seemed average to me. i was not wowed.

clean room free shuttle easy access

offering assistance whenever needed. the room was clean with fresh bedding and towels provided daily. i especially enjoyed the complimentary soft drinks and the convenient shuttle service to the beach (a nice perk!). the location allowed easy access to shops and dining.

the hotel wifi signal was occasionally weak.

the triple room had comfortable beds. the room also included a tv with international channels and air conditioning. a safe was available for storing valuables.

the hotel offered a 24-hour front desk service. staff members were helpful with directions and local information. i found their assistance with arranging transportation particularly valuable.
