The location was fantastic (so close to everything!). They asked if i needed anything all the time. i also thought the cleanliness was great, and it felt really homely.

The duvet cover seemed mainly polyester. It made for a slightly warm night.

the room was clean and nicely decorated.

The lack of breakfast was disappointing as it was advertised. I expected it to be available. also, the room was quite small and cramped. there was also an issue with condensation on the window in the morning, i found it unpleasant.

On street parking was plentiful near the hotel. i received a warm greeting upon arrival. the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It included tea and coffee. the bed was very comfortable. the location allows a short walk to the sea front.

the hostess offered help, but some guests might find this inconvenient. i managed fine with my bags.
