squeaky bedquiet bar
the bar lacked a tv (it felt weird sitting there with everyone else in silence). also, room 19's bed was squeaky, it woke me up every time i turned over. it was a comfy bed otherwise, but the noise was really disruptive to my sleep. the noise really ruined my night and affected the experience. i really didn't think i would have this type of problem.

the bar was closed early. it was quiet sitting with other guests.

i enjoyed my one night. the sea view room included warmth. a lovely walk into the city was available. free parking was a great bonus. staff members were friendly.
the hotel bar closed because of bereavement. i would have liked to have a drink there.

comfy bed
the breakfast was mega, such a wowie! the bed was also super comfy! i really slept well! the whole experience was fab. i can't wait to come back and do it all again! it's just the ticket. staff was friendly, they were happy to help.

The location proved excellent for exploring. The bathroom was larger than expected. Staff promptly addressed an incident where a painting fell without blaming us which was great customer service (I really appreciated that).
