The staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot of variety and were quite delicious. the hotel provided welcome lemonade upon arrival. It tasted great.

The breakfast and dinner buffets both offered extensive options. The food was AMAZING!!! The staff was friendly and ready to help. I really enjoyed the welcome lemonade I received upon arrival. The hotel is right on the beach. Private loungers and umbrellas are available. Multiple restaurants are a short walk away.

The staff showed genuine kindness and were always ready to assist. The hardware used throughout the hotel is of a high quality. Super clean cleanliness was evident, extending to the terrace and balcony. Direct access to the beach is available, negating the need to cross a road as is common with other nearby hotels.

The hotel has direct beach access and it has no road in between. The hotel offers two pools and I always found sunbeds. The valet parking worked well, it added comfort to my stay.

Many light and the charging sockets didn't work in the room. I did ask multiple times for these to get fixed. It was a little disappointing that basic functions didn't work for such a room.
