spacious room friendly staff great location bad smell poor tv drilling noise
the hotel rooms were larger than i expected!!! my family stayed in a spacious room. the tram stop was just a minute walk away, a real plus. staff at reception were very warm and friendly, top notch!!!
the hotel lobby area had a bad smell every time i walked through it. i think it came from cleaning fluid. the tv channel choice was poor. plus, i could hear someone drilling on another floor after midnight!!!

I appreciated the super clean condition of the hotel. It was very easy to access the tram right across from the hotel.. Made exploring the area simple. The open-air seating on the roof was another plus. It was nice.
I was quite disappointed with the coffee situation in the room. Only sachets of coffee were available, along with a kettle. I requested a coffee machine, but the first one was faulty. I got another, but I had to ask for coffee pods each morning.

The breakfast had a nice buffet. It offered enough variety. The location is NEAR the tram, so transportation was easy. The room service was prompt.
The gym was quite small. It had limited equipment.. The room felt somewhat dated. The WiFi signal in the room was weak. I often needed to relocate to the lobby to get work done.
