Lovely location, service needs some sparkle
ocean viewsgood variety
I found the views from my room to be gorgeous. It was great waking up to the sun and ocean. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff ensured everything went smoothly, even during busy times. I do think the hotel has fantastic potential.
This did make getting around a bit frustrating, especially during peak times. I also noticed a couple of maintenance issues in my room that needed attending to. I am hoping improvements happen soon.

Staff was happy and willing, ready to. Concierge and reception were strong points. They are credit to the hotel. Responses to some requests were a little slow.

The room had good sound isolation when doors closed, a bonus. Motorcyclists sounds are still noticeable, but did not much disturb my sleep. The minibar was stocked, it was nice.

The spa was a major disappointment. I booked this hotel specifically for the spa, only to find out upon arrival that it was fully booked for my entire stay. this experience negatively impacted my stay!!!

The air conditioning was very noisy. I found it hard to sleep. the hotel did not provide basic toiletries, such as a toothbrush. That was disappointing.

The location was perfect for touring various towns. My room offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the Promenade. The breakfast buffet was quite good. I also found the atmosphere upscale. It added a special touch to my stay.
My room's paintwork seemed a bit shabby, disappointing. One bedside table in my room was broken I also had to call to have my room made up at 5 p.m. one day. It was an inconvenience.

My room featured great views from the balcony. The restaurant offered delicious meals (especially the fresh bread!). The building displayed beautiful, classic architecture with interesting paintings and furniture.

The location is excellent. It allows easy access to the beach and many nearby restaurants. The hotel is a relatively short walk from the central train station. This offers convenience for trips to nearby locations.

The staff members were generally helpful and respectful throughout my stay. They worked hard to accommodate the guests, and the restaurant staff provided very attentive service. The luggage storage service proved useful.
