an okay stay overall
kind staff excellent service food variety dated room poor insulation room noise
the staff was quite lovely. marcelino, for example, was super kind, i wanted to take him home. chrispin provided excellent service throughout our stay. i also enjoyed the variety of the food they served (it was really good!).
our room was a bit dated. it felt very dated, to be honest. the insulation between rooms was shocking! i could hear my neighbor's music and talking.

lovely beachfront stay
friendly staff making class
i found the facilities suited our needs well for a short stay. the food at almar and hakka was particularly good. most importantly, the staff were super friendly and helpful. i loved the cocktail making class offered.
i found the gym very basic with old broken equipment. it was also quite small. i expected a bit more from a resort like this, given the other high-quality aspects. the equipment needs updating.

The staff provided really good service . Each person was courteous. My room was very big (it was great). I appreciated the convenience of having four different eateries to choose from.
My room was on the first floor. It faced the road. The room was poorly maintained. The air conditioner emitted a moldy smell (this was unpleasant).

charmed by this hotel!
attentive staff spacious rooms fresh option
I had a charmed stay. the staff were so kind and attentive. the rooms were really spacious and super clean. i especially enjoyed the amazing food. It had so many fresh options. the chef even made a special dessert, such a lovely touch!!!
the only downside was the limited vegetarian options at times. it would be great to see a wider variety for those with dietary preferences.

attentive staff clean room good culinary available loungers
the staff was so attentive, especially at almar restaurant. i enjoyed how clean my room was each day. the mediterranean restaurant offered a good culinary journey, especially chef ofelia's creations. the main pool always had available loungers for a RELAXING afternoon.
the gym only had a few treadmills so i waited sometimes.

hakka restaurant presented an intimate setting with soft lighting. the menu included diverse asian fusion options. crispin, my server, made excellent recommendations AND showed genuine attentiveness.

the infinity pool provides amazing ocean views. beach access was easy AND provided soft sand. the lobby bar offered handcrafted cocktails, with live music some evenings, for additional amusement.
