the staff was quite lovely. marcelino, for example, was super kind, i wanted to take him home. chrispin provided excellent service throughout our stay. i also enjoyed the variety of the food they served (it was really good!).
our room was a bit dated. it felt very dated, to be honest. the insulation between rooms was shocking! i could hear my neighbor's music and talking.

i found the facilities suited our needs well for a short stay. the food at almar and hakka was particularly good. most importantly, the staff were super friendly and helpful. i loved the cocktail making class offered.
i found the gym very basic with old broken equipment. it was also quite small. i expected a bit more from a resort like this, given the other high-quality aspects. the equipment needs updating.

The staff provided really good service . Each person was courteous. My room was very big (it was great). I appreciated the convenience of having four different eateries to choose from.
My room was on the first floor. It faced the road. The room was poorly maintained. The air conditioner emitted a moldy smell (this was unpleasant).

I had a charmed stay. the staff were so kind and attentive. the rooms were really spacious and super clean. i especially enjoyed the amazing food. It had so many fresh options. the chef even made a special dessert, such a lovely touch!!!
the only downside was the limited vegetarian options at times. it would be great to see a wider variety for those with dietary preferences.

the staff reminded me of family! rooms were clean and i loved the replenished fridge daily. the restaurants had very good food and the service was great. (i especially enjoyed hakka) the hotel is next to a wonderful beach.
i wish there was an alfresco roof bar with lagoon views (that would be amazing to experience sunsets!).
