decent stay but some issues
good size swimming poolbroken acluggage storage
the pool was a good size and offered a spot for exercise.
I had some issues with the room. It had around ten mosquitoes. the ac wasn't working well either, uncomfortable. after checking out, i left my luggage with the hotel for storage, and they assured me it would be taken care of. Instead, it was left in the rain, damaging my belongings.

Idyllic Beachfront Retreat

The resort has a lovely pool and comfortable chairs overlooking the ocean. The front desk staff were friendly (and very helpful!). The restaurant staff also ensured my comfort throughout my stay.
The path to the nearest shop is poorly lit at night.

The room had a amazing view from the balcony, a very welcome sight each morning. The room was clean and basic, which suited my needs perfectly. I was pleased with how well the air conditioning worked.

The food repeatedly was superb, especially given the bargain price. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The restaurant provided amazing sea views during dining and the service was excellent, always exceeding my needs.

The room offered a fabulous balcony view. The pool area sits right by the beach. I really enjoyed it. The hotel had a quiet vibe, but shops are a short taxi ride away.
The room smelled a bit musty. I noticed odd signs around the hotel with warnings. Breakfast was not ready at the time it should be. I had to wait for staff.

Excellent Beachfront Stay
separate sinksrainfall showeron-site restaurant
i was upgraded to a superior double room this room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i also noticed the room had a mini-fridge stocked with drinks the hotel provided a couple of kayaks to use. the on-site restaurant served well-priced meals.
the beachwalk is blocked so i couldn't walk directly into lamai without using the road.

the pool area has twenty loungers there is also a shaded section present it seemed very clean i observed a consistent effort to maintain it i also used the fitness center and it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the staff was always helpful with a smile they also upgraded my room free of charge at check-in i found this to be a very nice touch and it immediately improved my stay i interacted with several staff members.

The staff was helpful . they promptly addressed all requests and provided excellent service. I especially appreciated their assistance with arranging local transportation. the room was consistently clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the daily housekeeping service. breakfast offered a sufficient variety of choices, catering to different dietary preferences, and the sea view from the terrace added to the experience.
i noticed a few signs around the hotel detailed charges for damages. these seemed unnecessary and detracted slightly from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. it felt a bit like being cautioned against actions i wouldn't consider anyway.

the staff assisted with scooter rentals and onward travel arrangements with admirable efficiency. they were always available and approachable. their local knowledge enhanced my travel planning.
