The hotel's location directly on the beach was acceptable.

My room was quite disappointing. It was located near a noisy nightclub. The bed was two twins pushed together. This was not ideal.

late check-out unprofessional staff

The rooms were excellent. The staff was fantastic.

I had asked for a late check-out until 3 p.m. and said I would pay for it. I was told they were full, but I could pay for an extra night and still check out at 3 p.m. So, for an extra 3 hours, no thanks. I booked the shower room for my fly-out day at 2 p.m. I checked out at 12 p.m., sitting in the lobby, and reception said they would take me to the shower room by 2:30 p.m. I had to ask them if it was occupied and they said no, even though they could see me the whole time. This was very unprofessional, I think.

convenient location relaxing retreat tropical vibe

The hotel location is convenient, close to the main street but also right on the beach. the rooms were well-kept. the breakfast was excellent. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection, and the staff were always very friendly and efficient. i appreciated the well-kept yard.

The hotel has a great location near many restaurants. The villa was spacious. I used the patio, and sitting area often. The bed was comfortable with dark curtain options.
