unclean jacuzzifaulty thermostat
i booked a superior room with a jacuzzi. i was frustrated to find the jacuzzi wasn't clean. the thermostat was set to 37°, but the water was not warm at all. grime and hair floated in it. there seemed to be a filter issue.

The staff greeted me with such warmth. They handled my luggage with expert care! i felt so welcomed. the service throughout my stay felt personal. i appreciated elena and her team, they ensured my visit was wonderful.
The all inclusive drinks were fine. an upgrade required full price instead of a small fee.

my superior room had separate areas for the wc and shower! it was very spacious and comfortable. daily room service kept everything neat, a great bonus after long days near the sea.

The food felt amazing and was really nice. It rivaled restaurants! the seaside restaurant also provided delicious meals and offered a discount. the bar staff was cheerful. They were always ready to serve with a smile.
