The food had much variety and flavor, I found something new each day. Animation team offered many activities and I participate in water volley. The staff was kind and helpful, and I appreciate their quick responses. The rooms were clean, with great housekeeping service every day.
The cocktails by the olive tree bar wasn't the best, it need more work.

The hotel has a big pool area with plenty loungers and umbrellas . There are also some restaurants nearby the hotel and have good options for dinner. A wine bar offers cretan wines for tasting and discovering them.

the architectural design mirrored ancient minoan structures. my room had ample space and included adequate amenities. the restaurant provided a rich menu with chef-supervised meals.
I found that the cocktail quality at the olive tree bar was slightly inconsistent.

the main restaurant offered plenty of variety, and the food was AMAZING!!! the chef was always friendly and eager to explain the dishes, which i really appreciated.

all receptionists were helpful and willing to assist the best they could. the housekeeping staff was really effective, performing a fantastic job every day between 9 am and 12 noon.
