The location near the beach was excellent and convenient. i enjoyed the plentiful food selection at the restaurant. There were many different choices every lunchtime and evening. the gardens were well cared for and looked after. It created a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff was friendly. I especially liked the delicious food, with so many options to choose from. The beach was AMAZING!!! There were plenty of beds, so it felt very spacious and peaceful. I really enjoyed the shows put on by the entertainment team. The performances were excellent!

The gym only had very basic equipment.

Our Family Room had a nice balcony offering a beautiful view with palm trees. The room was spacious and included a minibar stocked with water each day. The bed was very large and comfortable.

The hotel is very close to many shops, restaurants, and bars. I found that the location provided easy access to various attractions. The hotel is near the airport and this made transfers very quick and easy.

The staff always helped, and they were very friendly. The housekeeping staff ensured our room was clean every day. They always asked if we needed anything and readily provided extra towels and toiletries.

The room was quite dated. I think it last saw a fresh coat of paint sometime during the previous millennium! the shower pressure was more of a gentle suggestion than an actual shower. the towels seemed like they were woven from sandpaper. I suspect the laundry service involves scrubbing them with rocks. i even considered using the curtains as a loofah to see if they were softer. the wi-fi was only reliable near the reception. It forced me to socialize, which i found rather barbaric

I appreciated the swimming pool and private beach a lot. ahmed gamal, the manager, was very helpful and nice. His assistance really stood out. the hotel provided a wonderful experience because of the helpfulness of the staff and the beautiful surroundings.

the rooms were somewhat dated, especially the bathroomwith badly repaired tiles and a generally scruffy appearance.

the pool service was great. mahmoud monsour and ahmed jamal were very attentive. the animation team were also really nice and friendly. they took us clubbing and looked after us so well. all the hotel areas were clean.

the bathroom could use some updating.

the main pool features a dedicated children's section. there is also a separate relaxation pool available for adults only. the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. these facilities are modern and well maintained.

amazing vacation spot!

i just loved this spot! my room were next to each other and it was very simple to do. i find the rooms super fine and really very cleaning. there is a bunch of options for grub and it all tasted fine, even the pizza! plenty of chairs by the water and i saw the worker was always smiling. i wanna come back again.

i think the only bummer was the bathroom. it could use new stuff in it but everything else was real fine.

my room was a super big size and was very fine. the cleaning staff did real fine work everyday so i always got a clean space to come to. i felt safe and very good in the room.

they have a lot of grub to eat any time you get hungry during the day. there is so many things to do like swim in the water or go to the pool. i wanna come back just for all the things to do.
