the restaurants offered many choices and the staff members were always friendly.
The pool towels availability was a constant issue. It took many calls to reception, and even then, the towels delivered were dirty. I found it quite disappointing.

this resort is excellent, especially for families! the variety of restaurants, five in total, offered delicious all-inclusive options. activities abound, with bikes and swan boats available, in addition to mini golf, kids' club, and a pool. beach volleyball, tennis, waterslides enhanced fun.
I noticed that the animation team seemed inexperienced. The tennis table ball was broken. the rackets were also in bad condition. darts were missing, and the team did not provide them after i asked. it slightly dampened the experience.

The staff here were always smiling and helpful, even before we asked for assistance. they seemed to take security seriously, which gave me peace of mind. drinks arrived promptly as we settled into our chairs. I loved that!

I found the staff very supportive, especially at the reception area. Facilities were well kept. I especially enjoyed the entertainments. The animation team and night shows were also perfect, they worked well.
The beach had some rubbish in the water close to the front. I had to walk a bit to find a clean spot.

The security personnel were very efficient and polite. The reception team were quick to assist with any queries. I especially appreciated Chef Sombol at the oriental restaurant. He was very professional and helpful, the food was always flavorful and varied. The resort features five diverse restaurants available daily without reservations.

A VERY romantic getaway!

The room was clean EVERY day. My kids enjoyed the aqua park and its slides. I spent time at the beach and it was NICE. The restaurants offered many food VARIETIES. It was a wonderful experience.

Staff ensured transportation inside the hotel via pedal boat, bicycle, and boat. The Columbus cafe was top notch. The positive attitude of the staff really stood out, and they provided tasty food, made everything easier and more enjoyable .

broken ballbad condition
The animation team lacked experience, I thought. The tennis table ball was broken, and the rackets were in bad condition. The darts board was bad too. There were no darts available. I even asked but they were not provided. It was a bad animation team.
