the facilities are amazing. ezgi is really kind to me and my family. shows are every night also are 24 hour bars and room service. i think the staff is really kind. i had a very very good time!
the room i had was very small. only seating in the room was 1 stool seat. there were two seats on the balcony. we constantly call reception for the fridge. it was need restocked. it was not done right away

mixed feelings about facilities
big poolscontrolled air conditionerwater access
the pools had size. they were big. the mini club seemed like a safe space.
the air conditioner was under central control. i felt uncomfortable not having air when needed. also, obtaining drinking water proved unexpectedly difficult. i thought the hotel lacked of freely accessible drinking water.
