I found the breakfast variety very excellent. The spread included local and international options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and the egg station. The hotel had a strategic location near many attractions. It was easy to explore the area.

My beautiful king room featured a king-sized bed. The room included a separate seating area and a balcony. It provided a nice space to relax in. The bathroom included a rainfall shower.

inconsistent servicefly issue

I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of my stay. the service felt inconsistent. Sometimes it was attentive, but other times requests like getting ice took ages. also, i found flies around the food at sizzle by the shore, off-putting. it.

The location was great , only a short walk to the main strip with various shops. Our room was super clean. The restaurant staff were also excellent and very attentive.

The hot water in the shower was not hot , but lukewarm. I requested a complimentary birthday cake for my son , but it never arrived. The air conditioning in our room shut off two to three times at night , which did disturb our sleep.

The rooms were super clean and new. The kids room and play area were an added bonus.

The service left much to be desired , especially considering the price. Upon arrival , no one offered to help with our luggage until we started unloading it ourselves. At the front desk , we were not greeted or directed properly . We were left standing without knowing where to go.
