the resort staff are friendly and always ready to help i met the general manager who was gracious and cute the food manager personally took us through the buffet stations the breakfast here was extensive and delicious. our driver was there whenever we needed a ride showing us the fabulous facilities our dinner experience was delicious every building on site is well designed and luxuriously decorated

i expected better from this place. the buggy service was slow i waited almost half an hour multiple times. it. the menu options at the horizon bar were surprisingly limited it lacked variety and creativity. i found myself struggling to find something appealing to eat each time i visited.

The breakfast menu had excellent variety. The staff was efficient and helpful. I appreciated the attentive service. I will stay again at this hotel. I liked how the staff members were kind to me. All of them are a great team. They took care of me. The room was clean. It was organized well. Food had good quality.
