The rooms were spacious. I had a Family Suite Pool view access to Aqua Park. The water park offered lots of activities. The staff at the pool bar was helpful.
The food options felt repetitive. I found the drink service to be slow at times. The cleanliness in some dining areas could be improved. I observed flies in the eating areas.

I loved the waterpark.. slides were awesome for both adults and kids. lifeguards were attentive and ensured safety. the daily room service was great. The room was always super clean. entertainment staff was energetic.
the wi-fi was spotty at times, making it difficult to stay connected.
