a mixed bag, to be honest
dirty room cold food
The water park was okay. My kids enjoyed the slides.
My experience wasn't great. the room was not clean upon arrival. I found hairs in the bathroom. getting clean towels took hours. I had to call reception multiple times. the buffet was chaotic and the food was often cold. I ended up eating out a couple of times.

the room was large with good air conditioning it maintained a consistent cool temperature. the multiple pools were clean and well kept each offering a slightly different experience for families and adults alike.
the snack bar sometimes experienced short queues during peak hours but the wait was generally brief.

spacious room water park helpful staff repetitive food slow service cleanliness issue
The rooms were spacious. I had a Family Suite Pool view access to Aqua Park. The water park offered lots of activities. The staff at the pool bar was helpful.
The food options felt repetitive. I found the drink service to be slow at times. The cleanliness in some dining areas could be improved. I observed flies in the eating areas.

lovely family fun!
awesome slides attentive lifeguards super clean room energetic staff
I loved the waterpark.. slides were awesome for both adults and kids. lifeguards were attentive and ensured safety. the daily room service was great. The room was always super clean. entertainment staff was energetic.
the wi-fi was spotty at times, making it difficult to stay connected.
