Mixed Feelings About This Resort

questionable cups lacking variety

The beach access was certainly a plus, offering a convenient way to enjoy the sea.

The food selection became repetitive. The evening entertainment lacked variety for children. The bar used questionable cups (unsafe material), so I would be mindful of that.

The food selection had much variety! fresh seafood was available daily. the staff was friendly and helpful. Maged. also, michael in the restaurant gave excellent customer service.

The wifi was only available in the lobby. I found this inconvenient. the check-in process took too long. also, the smell in the lobby was not pleasant! i found it quite off-putting. Maybe they should consider a different scent.

the staff exhibited great friendliness and professionalism. they consistently were really nice. the food options were delicious. the rooms were clean. the entire hotel was very well-kept.

The beach had a sharp entry into the sea, suitable only for swimmers and divers. Photos suggested a gradual entry.

The room featured a cozy balcony. It came with two separate sinks. The rainfall shower worked well. The water pressure was consistent.

Maged at reception was helpful. He. Mahmoud from housekeeping did a great job. He kept my room very clean .

The beach does not have a gradual entry into the sea. It is only suitable for strong swimmers and divers. (I am neither of those). The gym is quite small. It also lacks working air conditioning.

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff

friendly staff good beach great food

The staff was friendly and generous (. I especially thank Mr Maged, Chef Waleed, Chef Mohamed Mamdouh, Ahmed El Shahat, and Mohamed Kassem. The activities were fine, and the beach was very good. I found the food very good, although variety was somewhat limited.
