I found the staff helpful. mohamed omar at reception greeted everyone with a smile and offered prompt assistance. the room had great space. the air conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature without issues. i definitely appreciated the responsive caretaker. the staff displayed excellent hospitality. the room was spacious, with a great view of the sea. the several pools offered plenty of space to relax. a lifeguard was ALWAYS on duty, which I appreciated. i also liked the different restaurants onsite and the close proximity to local attractions.
The gym equipment needs some upgrades. Several machines were out of service. they need to update their fitness facility.

the club double room featured comfortable beds. a mini-fridge was available. the bathroom has many towels, with daily replacement, ensuring i felt completely comfortable and that i had everything i needed.

Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, from fresh fruit to omelets. lunch included various salads and grilled meats. dinner featured themed nights with international cuisines. I was in heaven with such culinary diversity.

The location was very good for me. the restaurants offers a good expanded variety of food, and the service from the waiters i got was proper. i also like the beach. It was sandy and clean with alot of water activities.
The beds were hard. sleeping on that bed reminded me of sleeping on the floor. i also thought about sneaking in a sun lounger. I wanted to sleep on that. the drinks was also disappointing. Limited bar and the cocktails all taste the same.
