quiet spots amazing drinks energized team

I'm so thrilled about my stay! the adult areas are a game changer offering perfect quiet spots. drinks were very nice. I found three gin types available including tanqueray! i totally enjoyed the entertainment team. They kept everyone energized from day to night.

i think increasing lunch snack bar options by the main pool would really enhance guest experience because options felt a bit limited.

the staff are always smiling and happy to help. we received complimentary prosecco and a heart shaped chocolate cake, as it was our wedding anniversary. our room was very spacious with a private pool. we spent lots of time there. the food was delicious with lots of options.

our balcony day bed was covered in bat droppings. it was not cleaned until i reported it. i was disappointed by this. after reporting the issue, they delivered a plate of stale cake to the room with an apology.

i had a superior suite private pool. the room included a separate living area. the suite also had a private pool with comfortable loungers.

the main restaurant's buffet lacked variety. i also found the gym equipment was a bit outdated with only two treadmills.
