friendly staff convenient beach attentive service
the staff were very friendly! zeinab at the front desk was especially helpful. the beach location is very convenient. i loved that we could easily access the sea. but the best part was how attentive everyone was.

the location was decent
the spa was disappointing it had an unpleasant smell it was also crowded a relaxing experience was not possible the staff at the spa need training there were billing issues i was charged for massages never received

The buffet options had great variety. The food was delicious. The staff accommodated tricky dietary requirements. (that was very helpful!). The beachfront was beautiful.
The pool towels seemed a bit old. The cocktails were not very tasty. Getting a chair next to the pool was a competition with other guests especially if i wanted shelter.
