Wonderful Stay! Definitely Recommended!

Madam Layla and Monia were great! The rooftop swimming pool was AMAZING!!! I found a newly renovated room. It was fresh and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I found that the cleaning ladies were kind and sweet. I was really surprised with both the children's program and the gymnastics program for adults.

The breakfast coffee was not really good, but the pastry selection was lovely.

My room included a kitchenette. It was very useful! The room was spacious and clean. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was really impressed with the modern design of the room.

I enjoyed having a pancake chef at breakfast. It was a fun touch. The breakfast had a good selection of pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The dining area was clean and well kept.

The rooftop swimming pool provided great views of the surrounding area. There was also a courtyard with plenty of greenery and seating. It made a very relaxing area. The hotel provides animation and daily activities.

the room included air conditioning, so i found it easy to adjust the temperature. staff was nice and helpful at reception. i asked for extra towels and they delivered them quickly. i appreciate the quick service.

the kitchenette looked quite old, i noticed some rust on the equipment. i didn't want to use it in that condition. it could use some updating.

the hotel is quite central in the city. almost everything is nearby. safety feels high here. the personnel are nice and professional. they provide good service to tourists.

I appreciated the upgrade to a large, comfortable room upon arrival. The receptionist, cleaning lady, and personnel at the hotel were helpful. The view from the terrace with the pool was pleasant. The hotel had a friendly atmosphere.

The air conditioning did not function well. The towels were old and rough. The food quality was poor with half board.

i found THE staff very friendly. The location was super good because it was close to the beach. the BREAKFAST served from 7 to 10 am, at the weekend crepes were made to order. The room was cleaned every day
